Mixed Signal Development GmbH ships from Switzerland. We currently ship to Switzerland, the European Union, Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, New Zealand, Canada, India, and the United States.
Shipping Rates
We offer a flat shipping rate per order to each of our markets. Orders above the free shipping threshold ship free of charge. Orders to the European Union and the United States ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — we pay all duties and import taxes, and the price at checkout is the final price. Orders to all other destinations ship DAP (Delivered At Place) — any import duties or taxes are payable by you on delivery. See the sections below for details on each region.

Shipment Confirmation
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that tracking information may not be available for all shipments.
Shipping to the European Union
All EU orders ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). We prepay every applicable customs duty, VAT import adjustment, and processing fee at dispatch, and declare the correct harmonized tariff codes and customs value on every parcel. You will not receive any additional bill from your carrier or from customs when your order arrives — the price you see at checkout is the final price.
EU orders ship via Swiss Post international services and typically arrive within 3–7 business days. Free shipping applies on orders over EUR 65; below that threshold, a flat rate of EUR 5.00 applies.
Shipping to the United States
All US orders ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). We prepay every applicable import tariff, customs duty, and processing fee at dispatch, so you never see a surprise charge at the door — the price you pay at checkout is the full cost of your order.
Shipping between Switzerland and the United States is a genuinely difficult problem for a small electronics business. US orders are subject to higher import tariffs and customs processing costs than our other markets, which is why the US flat rate is USD 29 and a free shipping threshold is not currently available. We are actively working on better options — including US-side fulfilment and carrier partnerships — to bring the US rate down and speed up delivery. Shipping to All Other Destinations
Orders to Switzerland, Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, New Zealand, Canada, and India ship DAP (Delivered At Place). The shipping rate shown at checkout covers carriage only. Any import duties, taxes, or customs processing fees charged by your local customs authority are not included and are payable by you, the recipient, before or upon delivery.
We declare the correct harmonized tariff codes and customs value on every parcel so that your local authority can process it quickly. The amount of any duty or tax, if applicable, is set by your country and is outside our control. Domestic Swiss orders are not subject to import duties.
Shipping to Canada
Canadian orders ship DAP (Delivered At Place) via Swiss Post and Canada Post, and typically arrive within 6–12 business days. Free shipping applies on orders over CAD 140; below that threshold, a flat rate of CAD 15.90 applies. As the recipient, you are responsible for any GST, HST, PST, or provincial import taxes, plus any customs handling fee charged by Canada Post on delivery. These amounts are set by Canadian authorities and are outside our control.
Shipping to India
Indian orders ship DAP (Delivered At Place) via Swiss Post and India Post, and typically arrive within 7–21 business days. Free shipping applies on orders over INR 8,500; below that threshold, a flat rate of INR 990 applies. As the recipient, you are responsible for all applicable customs duties, IGST, and any assessment or handling fees charged by Indian customs on delivery. Please note that customs clearance in India can be slow and may require you to provide identification or additional documentation directly to the carrier or customs authority in order to release your parcel. Delivery times to India can vary considerably as a result. These requirements and charges are set by Indian authorities and are outside our control. If your parcel is delayed in customs, please contact us at info@mixedsignaldev.com and we will assist where we can.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your shipment appears to be lost, please contact us and we will investigate the matter. For damaged shipments, please inspect the packaging upon receipt and contact us immediately with photos of the damage.
All shipping inquiries must be submitted within 30 days of the shipping date.
Delivery Delays
Mixed Signal Development GmbH is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, customs holds, carrier delays, or disruptions in transportation services.
Countries Not Listed
We currently ship to Switzerland, all EU member states, Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, New Zealand, Canada, India, and the United States. If you are located elsewhere and would like to order, please contact us at info@mixedsignaldev.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
